Not really.

Honestly, if sated devourer comes to live, it would be a better pick. Irelia doesn't have huge mana problems (unless you spam your abilities in the jungle, but after your first clears and recall, you should be fine with your W and your Q reset). Not to mention that sated+BORK=Irelia power house.
