when team fights are decided quickly.

I have to say I hate to have jhin as an adc on my team. he doesn't have any consistent damage. hes a burden in team fights. no mobility. ANY adc in this game. outdamages him in team fights equally fed. because when you have a 2.0 attack speed adc and this guy has a 1/3 of that. twitch or sivir or any other adc kills 2-3 people and the time it takes jhin to take out one person is about as much. hes more of a cleanup adc rather than am the main source of damage adc . its obvious why. honestly so far I haven't had luck to see any jhin be any good outside the laning phase. his winrate is high. and i think he doesn't need buffs. he just doesn't work in most team comps. you have to be specifically built for him comp. honestly i feel like banning him from now on if i see someone picking him on my team i just can't deal with it anymore. you have an enemy adc free shotting you meanwhile your adc is reloading.

i don't know how does he outclass other adcs. ezreal outpokes him and outbursts him in a 1v1. and pretty much everyone else does more damage then him.

i can see him as a mid lane carry rather than a bot carry. hes similar to idk viktor in terms of how he puts out his damage or any apc really.

Pretty sure you've never seen a good jhin. He's really good watch sneaky play him.

Jhin's AS is low, but his damage is MUCH higher than the bulk of the carries in the game. While he only has four shots between reloads, each one does a significant amount of damage, with the fourth working as an execute as well. That can't be overlooked.

That being said, Jhin operates a lot more like a skirmishing ADC like Lucian than a DPS ADC like Caitlyn or Vayne. Instead of consistently dishing out damage, Jhin wants to get into a fight - either through his own plays, or by being set up by tanks/supports - and unload his magazine, backing off afterwards to wait for cooldowns/reload timer. It's a bit of a different style of play, but make no mistake - Jhin is quite strong right now. The fact that he's a contested pick in competitive play points to that fact.

i understand why hes strong. but he just doesn't work that well in solo queue at least in my elo people don't know what to do with him

I can't speak to differing elo experiences, unfortunately. Obviously your mileage will vary based on the skill level of people you're playing with, and I can see how Jhin would be difficult to work with in Bronze. I'm only in Silver, but I feel as though Jhin is a solid pick and would certainly consider him as an option if I ended up as ADC.

I'd say he's more like Graves than Lucian.

Graves still has a LOT more consistent damage because her autos some what scale. and he has higher burst. a little more attack speed. and hes more mobile and tankier also aoe damage. a lot more self dependant and works in any team comp.

I meant in regards to the ammo system. If you recall, they Graves something similar to an ammo thing.

graves reloads after 2 bullets. but he can cancel his auto with his E. and his reload can be reduced by attack speed

Sneaky playing graves vs other pros still destroys them proving jhin is good, he doesn't troll pick like c9 Balls
