Are you still gonna ban RekSai?

As a lot of us already know, Rek'Sai is facing a lot of scaling nerfs in the PBE. With her declawed, will you keep banning her? Plenty of people ban her now, but it seems to me just because of her late game damage, which has nearly been halved in the PBE.

I was really excited to see rek sai, however I didnt have the LP to buy her right away. After a few games i saw how strong she was and knew she was getting nerfed. I didnt want to get accustomed to playing the OP version of her so I waited. Now after the nerfs I wanna play her, and i wanna know if you'll ban her.

I think her biggest problems were

A) her damage numbers, and

B) The fact that she can use a tunnel while it's being destroyed.

Damage numbers lowered is a good thing, but unless I'm ill informed, they haven't touched tunnel interactions. The fact that Rek'Sai can punish opponents for doing the thing that is supposed to counter her is a problem, and if that was changed, I think she would be a fun character that adds a lot of interesting gameplay, but not ban-worthy.

The Q nerf is going to hurt her wave and jungle clearing speeds. With slower jungle clears she's going to take more damage, which means she wont be able to gank as easily early game.

Honestly by rank 5 of your Q you pretty much auto kill waves anyway

Queen's Wrath (Q) bonus AD ratio lowered to .3 from .4 Queen's Wrath (Q) base damage lowered to 15/30/45/60/75 from 15/35/55/75/95 Prey Seeker (Burrowed Q) AP ratio lowered to .7 AP from 1.0 AP Unburrow (Burrowed W) bonus AD ratio reduced to .4 from .5

noticeable amount of damage missing late game, early game doesn't make a ton of difference

Any champion that spams the mini map with filth is always ban worthy while they are popular.

If teemo was more meta or viable hes be in my ban list. If they didnt show up on mini map like teemo, hed be more forgotten and less banned.

I know im a little late to this thread but seriously. the tunnel interaction is a whole lotta bs. i play lux quite often and am normally against a reksai quite often because shes OP as HELL but whe i stun rek right before she goes into her tunnel she is still able to go through it and by the time she has reached the end of the tunnel she isnt stunned anymore.. Definately looking forward to see of Riot makes changes that.

If late game is what the nerfs are targeting, I'm going to keep banning her. She doesn't farm and outscale, she completely takes over games from the word go.
