So why can't we see how many wards an ally has anymore?

Let be honest there's always that one person you have to constantly remind to use their wards and knowing who has wards/how many helps decide what do to.

when I am bot lane, I just ping my own ward trinket or sightstone item to let my lane partner know I have no wards, as a polite way of saying "Use your fucking trinket god...why are you pushing blind!?"

Because they're adding vision score to the trinkets next patch, which will show where the ward count used to be.

So next patch, you'll be able to see how useful your allies have been during the vision game :)

That's fucking useless why the fuck would i need to see how much vision score my allies have. The only thing thatll do is cause flamers to start arguments when someone on the team has 1 less vision score than them, meanwhile I cant reliably ping my adc to ward bush bc i have no idea if they have a ward or not.

Yeah, it's dumb, since you can see it by hovering over the trinket's tooltip anyway.

I can't imagine at what point I would be flamed especially if I support (currently I'm top lane 1 trick poppy but I change my roles a ton). I've been working on my warding but if they saw my vision score, they would spam ping the hell out of me lol.

I've had games where I felt as an ADC that I was putting up all the vision and my support was just running around. It would be nice if I knew how many wards they had so I could ask them to put some down.

Unfortunately the games I feel like I'm putting all the vision down, I AM putting all the vision down. I know we all get autofilled sometimes and don't know the role too well but come one. Everyone needs to put wards down. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

If I get reminded to use my wards I get tilted easily tbh. I try to remember them but I'm like the worst player ever in warding.

A lot of times it's not taken as being reminded, it's taken as being toxic on the player that isn't warding. You might do it to remind people to ward but I take it as being yelled at for not warding.
