Level 1 Champion 1v1 Stat Check Tournament - Who wins?

If you made a bracket with every champion in the game and had them 1v1 at level 1, who would be the winner? The rules of this would be attack when in range and you cannot kite or dodge any attacks. Summoner spells are also not allowed.

I actually plan to do this and record all of the matches if I find the time to do so. Here is the bracket I made.

I predict that the winner will be Taric due to the nature of his passive giving him doubled attack speed and a lot of on hit damage as well as a large amount of healing at level 1.

Here is my prediction bracket before having done any of them.

Trundle, olaf, jax and Darius are good contenders. A weird case is shaco. Can he prépare boxes? If yes, he shitstomps everyone, if not you can probably focus the box as soon as it spawns

If I can find someone with a lot of champions willing to do it with me, we will just run down mid and meet in the middle of middle lane immediately fighting once in range. This means he would not have time to prepare boxes, Heimerdinger wouldn't have time for turrets, Illaoi and Zyra wouldn't have time to let their passive spread, and Maokai wouldn't be able to set up saplings. This is intended to be a straight up stat check, face-bashing contest to see who is strongest at level one with no skill involved.

uh without kite. No chance Gnar wins a melee range duel against Darius with W.

He plays safe with only W. Poke and dip, poke and dip. Going Mega Gnar he now stuns them down.

Uhm sure but OP specified no poke/kiting was allowed and both protagonists had to go melee range and fight each other this way

Are level 1 item purchases allowed? Could see alot of ADC's skewing results with lucky brawlers glove (trying to go off memory with the name here, but the 400g starter crit item) crits (mainly Caitlyn)

I was planning for regular or somewhat regular level 1 items. For somewhat regular, I may change things like Singed to Doran's ring instead of refillable and dark seal.

I actually think Fiora (low CD Q + passive heals/damage) , Jax (dodge/stun/ramp up AS), and Darius (bleed passive fast stack with W) could be very big contenders as could riven (triple Q with auto attack cancels in between). Someone like Jayce and Kayle could potentially be good as well.

Yea i think taric is really strong contender as well. As long as he hits something he can keep recasting his heal to keep double attack speed.

so lvl 1 with one abillity skilled that also gets used, no one dodgeing or kiteing? If Olaf is allowed to pick uo his axe, hands down him, else he still has a solid chance with W. Darius with his passive has a high chance. Tarik certainly is also up for it. heimer if he starts 3 towers and you are not allowed to kill them first, he will atleast trade 1v1 with his towers secuering the kill after he dies. Karthus will also go 1 for 1 every time if you aren't allowed to disengage the passive, and since you won't be able to dodge he might even win without dieing as his raw q dps is right out stupid if not dodged

Champions with movement tied to an ability are allowed to do so. This would include Draven's and Olaf's axes. I will do multiple fights with champions who have unique features like Heimerdinger's turrets; one killing turrets as he places them and one ignoring them. For situations where both champions die like Karthus and Sion passives, first blood is the winner.

Also, from my experience as a top lane Taric player, Darius stands no chance aganst Taric. I have beaten a Darius at level 2 as Taric when Darius had ignite and I had teleport.
