Gap closing champions.

Yasuo is unable to ult when he is slowed. Not stunned, but slowed. This should apply to all gap closing champions. Champions like Jax, tristana, lee sin, ahri, etc etc, shouldn't be allowed to freely engage, then just run away. Take Nasus for example, he slows his opponents, uses spirit fire, uses his ult, his opponent jumps away, and Nasus is just dead water. For the duration of the slows, they shouldn't be allowed to just jump away freely even if they are slow, completely rendering the slow purposeless. This doesn't apply to Yasuo's e, as it is a dash, not a free gap closer.

Dash's are free gapclosers though. Things like Graves dash, or Kled's. Regardless, where does it say Yasuo can't ult when slowed?

Yeah, but Yasuo can't dash without a target, whereas lee sin can just spawn a ward and jump. Ahri doesn't even need a ward. Etc etc. It doesn't say it anywhere, but if you get slowed, it won't work.

You realize slows make dashes go slower right?

How would a slow make tristanas leap slower? Or less jump slower? it doesn't. I know it already affects yasuo's dash, but not jax's jump, nor ahris, nor lee sins. They shouldn't be able to just jump away when slowed.
