no actually. Warrior. stack CDR and scale off of transcendence+Gathering Storm. Warrior>>Ionian Boots>Gauntlet>Black Cleaver>Knights Vow>Last item is situational, but will still have CDR. Build completes with 400AD and very tanky.

Goal is to bum rush 45% CDR for 100% Eclipse uptime. and 2.3sec CD on your 1second stun.
