there's no exuse to ever get hit by a Diana Q as lux, you just poke her out, there's nothing she can do. if she engages with R you Q her and it's a free kill since she has no escapes.
if she flashes on you, Q her and either counterflash or walk away, her flash is way more important than yours anyway.
also poke her out pre 6, you should have a huge cs advantage.
Votable Jester1 votesWith Lux you need to hold onto your Q until she's pretty much on you, and use W as soon as the all-in starts. Just poke and push with E (don't even proc passive on her unless sure her Q is on cd).
It also helps if you can have your jungler come as you bait her in.
Blåbæret1 votesIf you died with negatron and barrier then you're really bad (sorry). Just build Rod or Something with HP and she can't really kill you if you get Abyssal as well. Dodge her Qs.

you counterplay diana by not being within X range of her at any given time or you are out of position
