Champion GG lists him as one of the worst champions stats wise and his win ratio's at a mere 40%

I personally think he still needs a fair amount of followup but he's on the right path with the changes to his Q

It Will take fine tuning of his base stats. Ms preferable

Oddly enough I could live without a functioning w but better base stats are essential for Morde's success solo.

Still, best case Scenario; solo w DoT, base stats and runic armor o_O
