Kleptomancy and GP/Ez
You know whats not ok? Applying Kleptomancy with an ability. I mean to be technical Kleptomancer was a STUPID idea and whoever put it in game shoudl be shot, but whatever, its here, so heres why its stupid:
GP breaks the game. I just got out of a game where The enemy GP was behind for 90% of the game, he started spellshiefs edge, then literlaly risked his life to poke me with his Q, regularly hitting below 5% HP then rushing back to his tower and healing back up to around 50% with his busted heal, then coming back out and tanking entire minion waves ot proc more klepto. Despite this, he was way, WAY behind, i had 2 full items before he even had his first. Our jungler regularly dove him after realizing he was always low, getting free kills... GP went 0/4... Then, he went shopping. While behind on CS, and 0/4, and came back with a near full build, he then got 6 kills in a row, became an unkillable god, and carried his team, he actually one shotted me with his ult he was so fed...
All because klepto is applying on range, with his Q, which i will remind you already gives bonus kill gold, and becuase you thought it was fine to apply other items to it (Hydra, which is melee only BTW, a RANGED ABILITY IS APPLYING A MELEE ONLY ABILITY), he gets to free-farm with spellthiefs... Meaning his Q now gives him Gold on minion kills, champion hits, passively... He literally cannot fall behind no matter what, he could AFK and still have just as much gold as most active players in game.
Finally, as a final kick in the nuts, GP had no boots, and was able to outrun EVERYONE on our team. He had the freebie boots after 10 minutes, then SOLD THEM for free damage items, but still retained the bonuses, sure he couldnt channel, but he still had 700+ movespeed after using his Q on a barrel with trinity, allowing him to overtake anyone he wanted at any time.
So heres a few suggestions:

Nerf GP and Ez, no more applying on hit effects with ABILITIES, its jsut stupid, even poppy got nerfed because of it (yeah, remember her shield? That ALSO applies on hit effects, and got nerfed).

Nerf klepto so that it cant grant consumables, or gives them at half the rate for ANY ranged ability, GP wants to cheat the system, at least cut his gains, and ranged champions in general shouldnt be allowd to use its full effect, not that it gives them as much benefit as it does to GP or Ez.

Just nerf GP. Honestly, the new system, new runes... The game is falling apart, so champions need to start being adjusted, and GP one shotting champions is stupid, even nasus has to work for his one shots, and even then he still has to fight through armour and CC, GP doesnt becuase you gave him a free 5 second get out of jail free card, and free armour pen on a steroided long ranged trap.

Remove klepto because it was a stupid idea, everyone hates it, and stop upping damage in game, if you want players to farm LET US FARM, dont give free gold to broken champions, bring back 20 minute farming phases.

Unrelated, but jesus CHRIST buff towers, in the same game as GP there was a cait that one shotted 75% of the tower HP, i dont know how she did it, but the towers bar was full, then one attack later nearly empty, and in a second auto it was GONE, BUFF TOWERS.
