Does anything this patch feel "off" to anyone?
for me its last hitting.
and did they change the health regen of ADC's? my last sivir game said my hp/5 was 0.6 which iirc is just about as much as soraka

OtterlyLost1 votes.-. Health regen nerfs were literally part of 8.11. Its one of the many base stat nerfs that people overlooked because they were too busy focusing on how "negligible" adcs losing 3 AD early was.
