Suggestions for Fizz counters in mid?

I usually just W + but it really depends on you outplay him

is always a good pick for him. Neither of you will be able to solokill eachother, but Lissandra is safer and harder to gank so if you theoretically both got equal help from your junglers, Lissandra would pull ahead.

a VERY skilled LeBlanc (like moi hehe) can manage to survive and kill him once or twice. Usually Fizz will just oneshot her tho. Always be looking at fizz and be ready to W away from his ult when he tries to all-in you.

a good ori can easily rock the lane against him (but ori is p broken right now so)

E when his ult hits to avoid the slow and knockup so you can escape, Q him right after he lands from his E and ult if he gets too close. Bring zhonyas ASAP, rush it.

Max E first and just put it on Fizz every time it is off cooldown. Swain is pretty tanky for a mage so Fizz can't burst him down. Fizz also can't dodge DoT with his untargetability. Once you hit 6, Swain's ult will auto target Fizz and do the work for you.
