I understand the crit changes hit him hard but tf make him a late game champion then. He doesnt need to crit my lifebar out at 10 mins and still be powerful late game...
Why are riot so worried about him having 1 single weakness? So many champions have a trash Early game. Diana can't do shit for 6 levels but is anyone complaining? no.

im pretty sure 41% winrate was indicative of the champion as a whole being a weakness
they had to buff his current build or people would find another cancerous frozenforce type of build
