What champions work well with HP runes?

I was thinking of making like an HP rune page or maybe a tank rune page but wasn't sure who benefits from it, I guess just tank based champions in general? I'd be using it mostly in the top lane and I'm not sure how much of an advantage it would give me, figured having extra starting HP as a tank would be beneficial. I remember doing a mirror lane against a Shen as a Shen and he had like 200-300 more starting HP than me at level 1 and I could only surmise that he was using hp runes and let me tell you that extra 200-300 hp just wrecked me.

I was thinking of using this on champions like Garen, Sion, Mundo, Shen, .etc

Just any standard tanky top laner who builds mostly tank based items
