Why LeBlanc needs as much time as she has to decide to jump back?
There has to be a reason for balance in the game and this is one I just really don't understand.
EDIT: I thought it was 3 seconds, but it's actually 4. Since when is it 4 seconds??

iConcy1 votesher chains take 1.5 seconds to break, giving her another 2.5 seconds for what? the hell of it? her q's are instant cast more or less and once the animation begins for them, it doesn't matter where you are. She really only needs 2.5 seconds. The 4 seconds is too much.
