Can elise have her movement speed back now that you nerfed echos?
And maybe actually nerf the right champ this time that abuses runic echos.

Not sure what part was confusing to you... but increasing Elise's movement speed is a buff.

clearly you're an idiot. considering they took it from her because of runic echos having 10% movement speed, since they lowered it to 7, there's no reason why it shouldnt be reverted.

Reverting a nerf is a buff.
Especially when the champion, in their nerfed state, is still one of the top predators on the food chain.. And doubly so when the top predator just took a hit.

They gave him a tone down, but not in the right areas. His problem isnt phoenix stance, or turtle. Its the god damn mini ghost he gets from bear stance every 3 seconds.
