Vayne is strong and doesn't suffer from a weak early game atm. Making it to skillshot with decent/predictable projectile speed would allow some counter-play and she wouldn't just faceroll in the laning phase. Or just simply press it and get away.

AND DON'T TELL ME IT'S HARD TO LAND, I've seen Vayne's stun on the stupidest of shit.

who can farm with Q extremely safely or 
who just rapes anyone in the game.
