I think Darius should have one, to tell whether or not a person can be executed with his R when they have ___ hemorrhage stacks. A indicator would be even more important if the new Darius has his bloodrage passive.

Darius kit does make him a damage bully, but if he wants to chain his ultimate he needs to do it properly. Garen would be a better choice over Darius for a change like that.

The problem here is that Darius ult can reset and be chained in a short period of time, and the range isn't too shabby if you get a movement speed boost and you're on the frontline (which you should be as a bruiser). If you want to maximize it's potential, you need to do it yourself and time it properly. Further clarity is not needed, especially with the upcoming changes to his passive.
