I half-expected Riot to pull what they did last year and ignore that Halloween is a popular thing. I have zero faith in this company in doing anything right, atm.

The fact they thought removing Custom Item Sets was a good idea only cements the fact that they are way too incompetent in way too many areas.

They seriously are a shell of their former selves. It's really sad.
