I feel Lucian has kind of been screwed by the new itemization of Lethality. Losing the attack speed on Ghostblade hurt him, and the crit itemization available to him is somewhat subpar. Buffing Lucian, but ONLY Lucian, could lead to him being able to bully Vayne with his strong laning phase, making it so that it takes longer for her to hit the two item powerspike that Riot apparently wants her to have.

Erockandroll1 votesLucian was one of the reasons why Boards wouldn't shut up about Assassin itemization. Like boards complaints against ADC's form a pendulum between Early game bullies and Late game Hypercarries.
Still, Lucian is one of the most Versatile ADC's in the game when it comes to build options. Combined ER with any other crit item, and you pretty much have a solid caster crit build that spikes after two items, and doesn't fall off nearly as hard.

But it still falls off really fucking hard compared to every and i do mean every other adc other than kalista.
