I love the new skins on the PBE for Kayle, Singed, and Nocturne

They have no new particle effects, voice over, etc the only thing changed is there base skin looks different so why the hell are they marked as 750 rp oppose to being 520 rp..

By generic minimal skins I mean just the base no particles no nothing else.. Those 3 skins on the PBE have just as much work put into them as white beard GP who is 520rp..

You don't get special effects until 975 price tier, and they don't make 520 skins anymore. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752874-Guide-to-Skin-Price-Tiers
