Soraka's E Needs a Buff

The zone it creates is so small that the rooting affect after it disappears is almost entirely unreliable because it's so easy to avoid. I'd like if they expanded the size of the zone or if it offered immediate crowd control such as slowing them so long as enemies stay inside the zone, like 's W. In its current state it's being used as nothing more than a bit of extra poke, which isn't how the ability was intended to be utilized at all, and with its 20+ second cooldown early game it should be much more useful than a quick silence.
