Why is everyone hating on Aatrox?

I am not sure why people are hating on Aatrox so much now. Many people saying he's garbo, and many people saying he's toxic. I don't see anything wrong with this guy.

well... he suppose to remain weak because of how toxic his kit is, the concept is cool but his execution ain't.
