You nerfed her HP/level for worlds, successfully gutted her so that she sees so almost no play, and now she is sitting alone in the trash can, surviving on the garbage of other people.
You did the same for shen, but you tried to buff him multiple times on PBE, so atleast hes on the radar.
Can we get some love for her.

Seriously though, loss of 15% AP on blue buff, Protobelt nerfs and Abyssal changes hit her a lot harder than other mages.

I don't think we see her a lot right now because the meta just isn't great for Liss. The assassin change seems to have gone rather poorly and a lot of the assassins just aren't being play right now. I don't see a ton of Zeds, Talons, Akalis etc. Katarina is getting more play though, it's a nice pick vs her.

Still though, I enjoy her, and like I said she still performs her role well imo. I say her passive could use some work because it really only helps her in the early game. She has terrible mana issues early on which is why the passive is useful, but in reality you should be able to manage the mana of any mage you are playing, especially once you get some items.
It would be nice if her passive did something like add additional damage on rooted or frozen characters. Maybe empower her Q or auto-attacks if they are frozen/rooted.

Just cause shes not picked or banned ,doesn't mean shes weak.She a fucking cc machine.if played right ,you can win teamfights by yourself.Thats why she was nerfed before worlds.
