So when is she getting a real nerf? She is very oppresive in lane and is above average at almost everything. When is she getting a real nerf, not just some gimmicky little nerf to her passive

She...doesn't need one. She's not a strong laner, just don't let her poke you down. Don't stand with your minions, if you try to harass her, do it in a way she can't charm you. If you think you're tanky enough try to eat a full rotation or two because before a completed mana item, her mana regen is isn't very good and a rotation is at least 1/3 to 1/2 of her mana. If not, try to bait charms cause those are 85 mana a piece. She's strongest at mid game, and while not useless late game she does fall off a little compared to other mid laners. If she really needs a nerf, I would hit her ult cd because I believe it's only around 80 seconds rank one which is a little low for a strong ult like hers, but she can't really do much without it unless you got caught.
