No, he doesn't. Yes, they're both damage reduction, but WWs has much less, and can't cast it while he is stunned. (Alistars ult also cleanses himself.)
I'm sorry, what? That's so wrong that it's like saying Alistar's an ADC.
- It's interruptable.
- Warwick's damage reduction's scaling is 35% - 55%, while Alistar already starts with 50% to 70%.
- His E can't be activated while being CC'ed.
