ARURF where both teams get the same champions; when someone rerolls, the other team's champion too changes to the new one.
Don't know about you, but me while I'm happy with the increased variation in champions seen in ARURF compared to normal URF, I'd also like games to not be one sided curbstomp-fests this often...
dominusx1 votesno because i always reroll wk when i get him because i actually feel bad playing WUkong/Eve in URF so yeh i dont want him to be given to the enemy xD. I'm a toxic asshole but i'm not gonna play wukong in URF unless i hate you.

I doubt that would fly, simply because it would feel obtuse and arbitrary, to have your champion rerolled away without your consent. (Now if Rerolls required consent, that would be a different story)
There's also a potential issue with last minute rerolls, due to rune/mastery setup. If I had say Garren, and wound up rerolling Ziggs at the last minute, I'm not going to have an appropriate rune and mastery page locked it. Now if their were a point prior to the start where the champions are finalized. (say, 15-20 seconds) Then you would not have this problem.
Disulfiram1 votesGood point. Requiring consent would probably be the best fix for both issues, since you'd know about the reroll happening and could deny a last moment reroll.
Personally I would do away with rerolls completely, and imho they shouldn't have been added in the first place...
