I think it's a little much to reduce her W and RW to less than half of what they were before. The thing about assassins, riot, is that they assassinate people quickly, not walk up to them and do no damage.
It was quite the nerf although I'm not sure that it's going to be that bad. Her passive still does shit tons of damage and with 40% or 45% cdr she has very short cds and can be very annoying with them. Not saying that she'll be top tier or even meta, but just that it's possible she'll still be viable. Gonna have to wait and see after the patch.
This is how LB works right now:
Max E for maximal single-target damage
Max W for reliable AOE damage
Max Q for lulz
by reducing damage on her W you will be forced to max it last and bring Q into the gameplay again like it used to be
? Her W nerf isn't even going to gut her, they are giving Q a disgusting buff, why do you believe Leblanc should have ever been played like a melee assassin? she should never be in melee range, she IS infact a mage assassin.
These buffs will only make her playstyle healthier (not for her enemies) because W will be actively used solely for waveclear and mobility(escapes) honestly when I hear "Leblanc main" I fucking laugh because these are buffs because it leaves her playstyle alot safer.
They think Leblanc teamfighte R,W,W,Q is too strong yet Katarina Passive has a 100% ap ratio and is aoe damage.
