Suggested Lee Sin Change
Q damage changed from 50/80/110/140/170 (+ 90% bonus AD) 50/80/110/140/170 (+ 90% bonus AD) (+ 8% target's missing health)
aka TOTAL DAMAGE: 100 / 160 / 220 / 280 / 340 (+ 180% bonus AD) (+ 8% target's missing health) To 30/55/80/105/130 (+110% Bonus AD) 30/55/80/105/130 (+110% Bonus AD)(+12% of target's missing health)
aka TOTAL DAMAGE: 60/110/160/210/260 (+220% Bonus AD)(+12% of target's missing health)
While this may feel like a straight nerf, it is actually a very fair trade and a buff in many occasions. 1 - Lee Sin will scale better with AD, rewarding building AD on him. AD which combo's well with his passive and ultimate as well. Without considering the increased % of missing health. Lee Sin would only need 200 Bonus AD to match the current live values. 2 - The execution is more powerful, helping you better guarantee kills. With secured kills you can snowball harder.
The downsides of this change is that Lee would be significantly weaker early game, his borderline broken levels of dueling will be hampered slightly. Also, since the damage has been slightly shifted into the execute using Q2 as a gap closing technique would also be hampered.
