Why not create a separate mode for PRO play?

I don't mean to make the game completely different, keeps the champion and item balances the same, but make the map changes different.

For example: In Pro mod make it so games are shorter and more dynamic. While giving in the regular mod what players want.

You can also still make the Pro mod playable, just add it to the client or restrict it to Pro players only. Like a key or something.

I doubt anyone would notice if the map had different balances when watching, it wouldn't hinder players trying out pro strats. So this could be ideal.
