you can make unlimited amounts of accounts on any server.

lol technically thats not smurfing since you don't have a high lvl account on that server. you could try to speedlevel your way by playing aram, or actually try to enjoy the game and try to help the lower level players a bit instead of being so mean by stomping them O,O

Instead of Being forced to play COOP until what level 6 and then get 3 pentas every game with Katarina until level 30 I would rather kms then play ARAM consistently. and even THERE IT WOULD be a massive stomp from my side

As Long as DUOQ exist in league NONE AT RIOT GAMES as far As I am concerned gives a fk about fair matchmaking or stoping what smurfs are doing
