So you know how if u walk towards an ally you gain ms, right? So what if u ate them. Are you considered moving towards them????

I went in the Practice Tool and checked it out for you. By default, no, you will not be counted as moving towards them so won't get the MS bonus. However, if you change direction back and forth really fast it's possible to trigger it for a split second XD though obviously that is effectively useless.

Since they are technically exiled to the same dimension that the minion who eats every skillshot that hit's Yasuo's windwall resides in, probably not.
