I feel like Greymane's Q, Gilnean Cocktail, would be an interesting twist for a future Champion

Greymane

Gilnean Cocktail is an interesting skillshot ability that deals light damage to the first enemy it hits, but also releases a cone out behind the target. Said cone deals considerably more damage than a direct hit. This makes hiding behind minions a bad choice against Greymane, as he'll simply hit a minion and splash you with the cone.

While Lissanda's Q is similar in its design, it doesn't follow Gilnean Cocktail's damage paradigm. Ideally with Greymane, you want something between you and your opponent when using his Q, but Lissandra can just aim directly at her opponent to deal full damage.

In League, I could easily see this working. It'd give a unique method of poking your enemy, but your opponent can counterplay it by forcing a close-up fight or ensuring that there are no other targets between the two of you (or just dodge it). And if you used it to poke improperly, you could end up overpushing your lane, so you wouldn't want to spam it non-stop. But when used properly, it'd allow you to tenderize your enemy before you go for the kill, much like how a good Greymane player would use it (he softens up his enemies with Gilnean Cocktail, and then dives them in Worgen Form).

That's my thought on it, though. What's yours?

So an easier version of Miss Fortune's Q?

Skillshot, for one. Also doesn't apply on-hit effects.
