Can we nerf Tahm's base AS?
It's not like he even uses his W to eat enemies anyway late game.
All it does is make laning against him a chore as melee since he can get you into more or less a stun lock as soon as a he gets some cdr. Plus it seems odd that his base AS and AS growth is identical to
