I did it in a match earlier today against a Talon (my team had to remake because our jg never connected) and he started whining about how "Malphite is OP", Malphite op?! an overpowered champ claim coming from a Talon player, who gets a MASSIVE power spike at Lv.2, yes, Malphite is op.
aside from that, what's the funniest "champ name too op" claim you saw in game?

I proceed to beat the tar out of Yi and his whole team as Xerath. Before too long there were statements made about Xerath being OP.

I love how people change who they think is op over one match up, if Xerath is played right, he can't be ganked easily.
