I'm loving this rune, but Riot should probably take a look.

Ingenious Hunter

For those who are unaware of this very powerful rune, it gives 10% item CDR and an additional 6% for each unique kill/assist. If you get all 5 thats 40% CDR on item actives. Combine with Ruby sightstone on your support and you have 60% cdr on item actives.

item 3364 is on a 36-24 second cd with this.
item 3222 a mere 48 seconds.
item 3107 48 seconds. item 3060 48 seconds. item 3512 48 seconds. item 3092 36 seconds. item 3190 36 seconds. item 3401 24 seconds. item 3069 24 seconds.

Unsure on this one but does item cdr reduce recharge time on item 3361? if so one new ward every 24 seconds. Why bother with ss at this point...well except to get the 60% cdr.

Look, I'm a support main and this is an amazing rune that should probably be taken on every support. If for no other reason then the complete dominance of vision a 24 second CD sweeper gives. However, there in lies the problem. Some of these item actives are very OP when on short CDs. I love this rune but I think it has a problem with how much vision denial it grants. I think it should not count towards the trinkets because that is a bit overpowered in the vision war. I would like to keep the rest of them but let's be honest...that's probably not a good idea. I have had multiple fights were I was able to use the actives 2 times in the battle. If you think it was hard to win teamfights before try winning when the enemy uses item 3107 item 3190 twice in one extended battle/siege. However, I do admit it makes me fell really impactful as a support so I hope it doesn't get the nerf bat too hard. Really, I just want the trinket CDR removed because even I feel bad when able to sweep away that much vision on my own.

Riot is very well aware of what the rune that they released does to their game lol. They didn't make it and send it out without thinking of the repercussions. Preseason is supposed to be like this. Think of it as an open beta. They use this time to see what needs to be tuned, and they figure out what needs tuning by analyzing all the data they get from us playing. In this meta though, it's very unlikely that you'll use the same item twice in the same fight, even with the cooldowns being so short.
