So Quinn on PBE had the option to stay as Valor for forever until she felt like returning, they took it off the PBE because it wasn't suppose to be their but what would be the Quinn players opinion on Quinn being able to stay as Valor for perhaps forever?

Yeah the max speed stays the same but the minimum speed is greatly lowered (in combat speed current is 20%,30%,40%, PBE would be 5%,10%,15%)
Luck Percent SRL1 votesI would totally take the offer of double form champion over one ultimate champions.
It would go with Quinn's style with 2 heroes tagging along to defeat an evil do'er. But if they were to go this route for Quinn, they would need to change Valor's moves. Valor alone can't do as much as Quinn can by herself. A new passive would need to be put in place since harrier doesn't apply for Valor. W is the only ability that Valor should keep or have a slight change since it helps and the passive on it really puts the effect on fast and high damaging. Q and E would have to change for Valor to be unique besides just a faster Quinn. Q would have to go through a major ability change while E can still close the gap, but make it do something else. Something that Valor needs to rely on or at least put that reliable ability on Q.
And hopefully if they do change Valor, I hope they don't make her top counterpart even more stronger than she really is...
B3ER1 votesI'd jungle her with it. At level 6 you get to any lane super fast, do mad deeps in bird form, switch to human form for the slow and the harrier procs. Repeat this every 40 seconds.
