How come the game still doesn't have unique animated Quad/pentakill banners?

Like if Darius is dunking 1st kill, 2nd kill, triple kill, then Quad ( a noxian banner comes out with the roman number 4 ) , then pentakill a bloodthirsty darius banner with his bloody axe pops on the number.

This needs more flair yo! at least i think so.

Individual champion penta banners would actually be amazing

i know right? i'm very surprised pentakill doesn't have any special touch to it besides the champions icon placed on top of it.

Can Jhin please be upset in his Penta banner then?

Jokes aside, that would be awesome. Could even attach it to Mastery or something, so having Mastery 5-7 opens a different type of banner.
