Don't allow that crit healing mastery to exist with Yasuo in his current state. That champion gets enough free stats as it is, he doesn't need LIFESTEAL FOR BUILDING EXACTLY WHAT HE'S SUPPOSED TO. He's already oppressive as hell. Please don't make it worse.
Don't forget AP items are getting nerfed and mana pots are getting removed. There's really no reason to play AP champs with the insanely good AD itemization and masteries on the PBE

I've played it on the pbe. It honestly doesn't make that big of a difference. The 2 second CD ensures that it's extremely unreliable as sustain and, at best, it might turn a close duel you would have lost. You still need to build a lifesteal item 100% of the time.
Did Yasuo become broken within the last month? Last I checked he was still kind of bad, unless you didn't know how to play against him.
It isn't Yasuo you should be worried about with that keystone...
Now has stupidly good sustain before he even bothers to first back. I mean, have you seen the video of that jungle clear as an example? He didn't even have to use Q to heal for a full clear and basically walked away at 4th level full clear at full health, full rage bar, and all three pots remaining. He'll basically have stupidly good sustain in lane too.
