[gameplay] fiddlesticks' fear interaction with new monster patience

As Fiddlesticks, when you Q a large jungle monster (with the exception of red and blue buff), the monster is feared but it rapidly regenerates health as if it were out of patience. This happens reliably with Gromp, Krugs, Wolves, and Raptors only. It doesn't happen on red, blue, or scuttles.
