I don't play him because suck at top, but seeing states nobody is playing him and his win rate is super booty.

I'm just going to take a shoot in the dark and say his E change didn't help him. Buff his E by damage or cool down, whatever the problem is and gife his man some defense; so many carry in top he proudly dies before he can even use is W.

Sightless661 votesHe's seeing more play there but he's not doing great. Even as a jungler he's doing pretty bad, and that was before the nerf to Runic Echoes that we just got. He's pretty solidly mediocre.

The runic echos nerf does need to be looked at though for him, definitely.
LitoJ1 votesHis E is actually kinda bugged at the moment. There are times his second harpoon will not let you fire at all even if you have 1 left to fire and if you had Overheated with the first Harpoon. I actually thought Rumble was great back when you could fire harpoons at any time(whether overheated or not) whenever 1 harpoon was up. That was actually really rewarding as he had more means to defend himself, but you still had to make your aim count to make your gameplay count.
