Please make Teemo a jungler. Its pretty popular despite how bad it is

I think a 3 second blind on enemies would probably be the best way to buff him to be better in the jungle.

He makes complete sense as a jungler. If cheap ass shit like Shaco Twitch Evelynn can roam around the jungle being fucking invisible and bullshit then why can't Teemo????

If he's going to be in the jungle, then he needs to take reduced damage by a whole lot or have the ability to kite more efficiently. Not buff q blind time.
