nocturne can actually still deal damage if he goes full tank like them, he has a almost permanent +55 bonus AD and low cd +20% damage in aoe, he doesn't need to build ad

it's just better if he builds AD as he can shred everyone, but becomes squishy

nocturne problem is actually his base stats as a diver, his stats are the stats of a skirmisher like yi/yasuo
