He does get punished you just cc him and he is basically dead.
Or, if people hate his stealth so much, just fix it to be easier to deal with instead of the stun. I find more people complaining of his stealth than his stun.
You mean the stun that is telegraphed?
Akalis is a micro stun because of how instant it is.
