The most balanced champions.

There are a lot of discussions on which champions need nerfs, buffs, or total reworks. What is never discussed is when riot has really hit the nail on the head as far as perfectly fair champions.

In my opinion Kennen is balanced phenomenally. When he gets ahead he can snowball and dominate, but still it remains possible to kill him, or escape. When he is behind he can still help the team with the utility from his ult and his other stun combo. He is strong but not too strong. His cool downs are perfect. His ult does the perfect amount of damage and the stun time isn't excessive. He can cc without being too suffocating. His item build path can vary dramatically.
All in all Riot has done an excellent job with Kennen.

Which other champions come to mind that are well balanced and fair in terms of their kit and their power numbers?

Another that comes to mind is Nautilus.

Surprised nobody mentioned Vel'Koz so far. The epitome of balance IMO.

I mained both Kennen AND Nautilus at one point.

Kennen's lane bullying is that of a ranged Renekton, he's a bastard to fight 1v1 and if you try to 1v3 him he's going to ult and kill you all.

Nautilus is the same way. His engage is TOO reliable (to the point where it makes no sense), his damage is atrocious for a support and he's a hypertank.

I'd say Bard

Velkoz is the typical "best balanced" champion as sort of... Vaguely agreed upon. And it's easy to see why. He's got a lot of counterplay and never really feels bullshit. Sion is the other one... For basically the same reason.

Ahri Annie Brand Viktor Orianna Syndra Xerath Ziggs

Obviously more but they have clear weaknesses. Probably the most balanced is Lee though, he can stand on one leg for like 5 seconds straight.

This is a really nice thread. I promise im not being sarcastic, its just refreshing to hear a thread discussing league without it being ranty or negative.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Kennen, Urgot, The DONGER, Vel, Xerath, Syndra, Jinx, Voli, Ezreal (even blue isnt OP, falls off), Leona, Naut (im open to debate, has loads of CC), Thresh, Braum.

Maybe a few others. But those mentioned feel strong or weak, have counterplay.

Khazix - Only assassin I find to be of near perfect balance.

Kat is pretty balanced, even when ahead just simple hard cc can stop her from doing anything, also isn't strong when behind,
