Oh dear... the griefer potential from Bard... Riot, please say this will be policed

Bard's ultimate and E sound like they can be used for DotA-level griefer plays. The E could let someone chase a teammate through a wall, while his ultimate could freeze his team in place and leave them sitting ducks for an incoming Wombo Combo.

I'm not going to try and suggest that Riot rework Bard's kit at this point, as they will simply ignore me or block bullets with diplomacy. I will ask, however, if Riot plans to step up their policing of intentional griefers.

Will you be looking harder for reports that tell you someone intentionally helped the enemy team with Bard's kit? Will you be making huge punishments on such players? How will you be handling cases where the player didn't INTEND to grief, but made a bad play that the others are construing as griefing?

Don't make us doubt Piltover's Finest now.

Lets be honest here, you're not afraid of being trolled. People could alreay troll you by going AFK and intentionally feeding. What you're really afraid of is losing control of your character for a few seconds, which I really don't understand. This is a team game where you rely on your allies' judgement constantly. Why are you so frightened when its in the form of an ult?

Can we choose to accept Kalista's passive yet?

A Rioter (Meddler, I think, IIRC) recently came out and said that many severe forms of player behavior have dropped down to only occurring in 2% of games and that they'd release an official statement when they're done analyzing the data. I imagine once the tribunal comes back online things'll improve even more. With that much potential for trolling, I imagine that they waited until they brought trolling down to much lower levels before daring to release a champion like that.

Further, just report the guy at the end of the game if he does that. Most importantly though, if someone wants to troll, all they have to do is feed; if anything this just makes things more explicit which should make reporting simpler and more straight-forward. This isn't the first thing that limits allied play (see Kalista, Jarvan, and Anivia) and won't be the last.

I wouldn't worry about it. In Dota, people rarely troll with their abilities. If they really want to troll, they just feed or afk instead. If I really want to troll, why wait for an opportunity to do so with my ult when just running into towers is so much quicker and more effective?

I mean, how many Anivia or Jarvan players trying to intentionally screw their allies? Practically none. Give it a week, and this ability will be the same way.
