Jhin needs to be weak agaisnt tanks when he builds arm pen just like every other adc.

flat armor pen that is. Varus and lucian can't really do much damage to tanks when they build full armor pen and no crit because lack of dps. but when Jhin gets even more ad from not building crit and his 4th shot auto crits and does health damage. its fucking stupid.
I love how people complain adcs are weak and all. last game our jungler won. i smashed top. mid was 15/0. and all it took for enemy bot lane to win. all you need. is an adc and peel and you win every game. adc 2017 my ass. its just the meta of picking supports like brand and zyra who have 0 peel.
