League of Chat-Restrictions

I have never had a chat restriction. I'd like to understand what is appropriate to say to another human being.

But in the games since I got into Gold,

at least one guy is chat-restricted in 1 out of 2 games.

And they always go top. And never group.

Once game ends,

"sorry guys chat restricted"

That doesn't explain why you can't group. Or help your team. Or ward. Or fight with your team. Or basically play the fundamental skills of LoL.

The qq is real.
