adc still need tuning down in general.
jinx has no tradeoff for her lategame hypercarry potenial as shes the safest and most versatile adc in lane. look up championgg. she practically has no lane counters and is currently considered the strongest adc.
vayne has design issues. we repeatedly see phases where something in the game environment changes and her overpowered lategame kicks in way too early. she gets nerfed and 6 month to a year later, it happens again. causing her instantly to become cancer who 1v1s any champ in the game as soon as she has bork, is nearly impossible to shut down and makes easy comebacks even when initially behind.
tristana is still too safe. she has too many self peel mechanics stacked on top of each other. she needs to lose the knockback on her ult. its overkill.
a lot of the other adc have actual tradeoffs for their strengths. varus has long range poke, cc and siege potenial but not a strong as steroid. corki and graves have burst but need to get relatively close to their target to get it. twitch and kog have long range high damage auto attacks but little by way of self peel. they need a lot of protection if they want to make use of their damage.
all the current top adc bring both gigantic damage steroids and too much safety. why ever pick twitch, if jinx has aoe crits, a mini ghost on assists, and is loaded with cc? she can do the same job as him while kiting and self peeling.
if you overload an adc's kit with self peel mechanics and damage, of course hes going to outshine the rest of the pool.
cait has the same issues. you cant just buff her damage when she has that much safety with her net and her long auto attack range. they should never have buffed her passive.
