man we've been getting a ton of complains about riven and tahm top for the last months, we cant ignore it anymore... both have really strong shields... how about we give the former strongest top laner a buff that allows his stun to also break shields? fuck yeah, why nerf stuff if you can just buff other stuff!

and thats why we have this 1shot or get 1shot meta.

Renekton falls of ludicrously in the late game unless he gets stupidly fed. His shield break is also only on the empowered W.
